Delivery Policy

How much does it cost?
Postage costs will be calculated at order, and are dependent on the item being ordered. In most cases, we aim to offer the following options:

UK
Europe
Rest of World (airmail)
Rest of World (surface mail)

See below for details of how long this takes.

How long does it take?
We aim to dispatch all new orders within a few days of the subscription request being received.
Once posted, we will use the following postal arrangements:

UK
All UK orders will be sent 2nd class, so delivery should be within 2-3 days of posting.

Europe
All European orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail services. Royal Mail aim to deliver to all European destinations within three working days of posting.

Rest of World
For the rest of the world, we give you (the customer) the choice of how your order is sent, either Royal Mail Surface Mail, or Royal Mail Airmail.

Rest of World - Surface Mail
Royal Mail Surface Mail delivery times are likely to be:

Western Europe: Up to 2 weeks from date of posting

Eastern Europe: Up to 5 weeks

North America: Up to 6 weeks

South America, Africa and Asia: Up to 8 weeks

Australasia: Up to 12 weeks.

Rest of World - Airmail
Royal Mail Airmail aims to deliver to all worldwide destinations within five working days.

Please allow 28 days delivery on T-Shirts.

Who do we use?
In all cases, we use the UK’s Royal Mail services.

What to do if there is a problem?
If your order has not turned up within the timescales outlined above, then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If goods are damaged on receipt, please call or email us on the contact details above within 7 days of receipt.
